Additional Fees
  • Cleaning fee is $95.00 for your entire stay
  • Big Bear Lake’s TOT tax is 7% - this will be added to the rental amount
Holidays
  • Premium is $50.00 per night above the regular listed rates. Holidays include: Martin Luther King weekend, Presidents Day weekend, Memorial Day weekend, 4th of July weekend, Labor Day weekend, Thanksgiving day weekend. Please note: A minimum of 3 nights is required for all holiday weekends. For example: Thanksgiving falls on a Thursday. You will need to rent the house for Thursday, Friday & Saturday. Or Friday, Saturday & Sunday.
Discounts
  • Spring Special: Pay for 2 nights and get 1 night @ a 50% discount (excludes holidays)
  • Full-week stay: 20% discount for a full-weeks stay (excludes holidays)
Payment Accepted
  • VISA/MC, Check or Money Order
  • $300.00 deposit required upon signed agreement if paying by check or money order.
  • No deposit required if paying by a credit card.
  • 50% of rental is required upon signed agreement
  • Remainder of rental payment is required 21-days before rental date (if using a credit card, card will automatically be charged.)
  • Reservations are non-refundable unless the house can be rented to someone else for all dates being cancelled ($75 administration fee applies). NO refunds will be made for cancellations due to weather, road conditions, acts of nature or any other circumstances beyond our control. Chains are often required in the winter and may be needed to get in & out of the Big Bear area. Please be prepared. Chains should be carried at all times in the winter months.
